Análise do desporto no contexto da quarta revolução industrial, também chamada de tecnologia disruptiva.

A fusão das esferas física, digital e biológica e suas consequências nos modos de vida - trabalho e lazer.

Significado da modernização do desporto por duas vias:

Coesão social e communitas no Desporto.

Desportivização da  atividade física.

Critica ao funcionalismo - subestimar as diferenças de poder e os conflitos sociais - foco no consenso.
